There are zero charges for teachers, administrative staff, or parent accounts. If your student strength increases or decreases, your billing adjusts dynamically.
No! We provide free initial data migration (importing student lists, parent details, and fee ledgers from Excel), 100% free cloud server hosting on AWS/DigitalOcean, daily automated backups, and complete staff training during onboarding. You only pay the transparent listed subscription price.
You retain 100% ownership of your data at all times. If you ever decide to switch or cancel, you can download your complete database-including student profiles, fee transaction ledgers, attendance logs, and exam marks-in standard Excel or PDF format with a single click.
We support Monthly and Annual billing options. Annual subscriptions receive an instant 20-25% discount. Payments can be made via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, or direct Bank NEFT/RTGS Transfer with GST tax invoices.
EduImply comes pre-integrated with WhatsApp, SMS gateways, and Online Fee Payment Gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, CCAvenue). Payment Gateway transaction fees are charged directly by the gateway vendor with zero extra markup from EduImply. SMS/WhatsApp balance can be recharged on pay-as-you-go rates.
